Green Tea and Honey Face Mask
This green tea mask is one of the easiest you can make yourself. It is packed with antioxidants, great for clearing redness and preventing blackheads. This mask will make your skin shine and feel smoother than ever.
Ingredients:
2 tsp of organic green tea (we recommend our Japanese Sencha)
1 tsp of honey
Instructions:
Mix the tea with the honey to form a smooth paste and coat your entire face. Leave the mask on for about 15 minutes, and then rinse with warm water.
Rosemary and mint Hair Mask
This nutrient hair mask cleanses, strengthens, and encourages hair growth. The richness of the herbs increases circulation and helps the hair grow, the mint adds a cooling effect that will make you feel clean an fresh and some lemon peel would add a shine.
Ingredients:
3 parts Rosemary
2 parts Nettle
2 parts Lavender
1 part Fennel
1 part Rosehip
(Or just use 3 tsp of our Simplicitea mix)
1 part Peppermint
1 part Lemon peel
Instructions:
Bring a gallon of water to a boil in a large saucepan and add a pinch of salt.
Combine the herbs to measure 1 cup.
Stir in the herbs, turn off the heat and cover the pot.
Let it stand for 15 minutes, strain, and let the mixture cool in the fridge.
Use on moist and conditioned hair.
Chamomile and Rose Eye Mask
Fight puffy eyes with this easy-to-make compress, full of antioxidant ingredients and a great fragrance.
Ingredients:
2 part Chamomile
2 part Rose
1 part Peppermint
1 part Nettle
(Or use 2 tsp of our Femininiteaׁ)
1 part Fennel
1 part Hibiscus
Instructions:
Mix 2 tablespoons of herbs with 2 cups of boiling water in a straining device or a French press.
Steep for 15 minutes and strain until no herbs are left in the infusion.
Freeze in a Ziploc bag or ice cube trays.
Massage the frozen mixture under your eyes when you feel like you need a beauty boost.
