Return Policy

We guarantee that our handcrafted artisan teas will leave our facility in peak condition. If you are unsatisfied with your products we will gladly issue a store credit/exchange for your purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, on merchandise returned to us within 14 days of purchase/delivery. Misstea is not responsible for the return shipment costs for returns based on personal preference or non-quality related issues.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be new and unused. It must also be in its original packaging (if applicable.) Products subject to this policy are teaware, glassware, and accessories.

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards.
Special promotions.
Clearance products.
Opened jars or bags containing tea.

To complete your return, please send us an email explaining the reason of return and add a receipt or proof of purchase. Please call  888 699 8727 or send an email to hello@misstea.com explaining your situation. Allow up to three business days for your case to be revised.

Please do not send your purchase back without previous authorization.

Shipping

In case of requesting an exchange, we cover shipping costs if your products are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the reason for an exchange is a change of mind, gifts or simply change of product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Gifts

If you received our products as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us at hello@misstea.com or 888.699.8727. If you are returning a box of over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Processing time

When returning your product, please allow up to 5 business days for the package to be received and processed. Once the item has been processed, allow up to 5 business days to receive your new tights.

Orders shipping

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and completed. All orders are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority mail, ground shipping.

Currently, we do not offer express shipping. If you have a special request, please send us an email to hello@misstea.com. For orders in the United States, there is a $6.45 flat rate shipping. Canada shipping cost is around $20 USD. Free shipping (within the US) is offered on orders of $50 and more.

We can only ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping liability

Misstea is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to wrong addresses, missing information or not having someone present to receive packages. If there is a suite number, apartment number, or building number, please be sure to include that on your order.

USPS has permission to leave packages at the recipient address if no one is there to sign for them; however USPS drivers may also leave a USPS notice for a 2nd or 3rd delivery attempt at their discretion. Misstea is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. We highly recommend that someone be home to accept the package or that it is shipped to a workplace or office address when possible.

If your order is undeliverable and returned to us, you will be issued a store credit for your order, minus the shipping cost. If you wish to send the same items again, a new order is required. You may also need to provide an alternate shipping address, as USPS may flag the undeliverable address on all future deliveries.

Misstea is not responsible for delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control.

Coupon codes

Each customer can use every coupon code only once, and only one per transaction. You can’t choose to apply two different coupon codes to the same checkout process.
