Healing Circle & Tea Tasting
What to expect:
In the heat of the summer, the fire element, we come together to drink some cooling tea and gather in a healing circle. We connect with the grounding kidney element to calm our heart. We learn about fire and water elements in Chinese Medicine and how they balance one another. We will end with a group meditation and optional auricular acupuncture.
Please bring your yoga mat or comfortable cushion.
When- Tuesday JULY 15, 2025 6:00 - 8:00PM
