CreativiTea Night: Sip, Paint & Sound 🎨
Wednesday, October 11, 7:00-9:00 PM
“There is no doubt that creativity is the most important human resource of all. Without creativity, there would be no progress, and we would be forever repeating the same patterns.”
-Edward De Bono-
In this creative workshop, we will practice mindfulness through intuitive mandala painting, as we sip centering and grounding tea. Through relaxing our nervous system and quieting our inner critic we will tap into our creative self, with the healing sounds of ancient instruments.
Come as you are, tune to your heart, drop the judgment, and leave with a memory for life- your own meditative mandala!
Cari of @artforthesoulstudio and Miss Tea co-founder Mor Tzivoni joined energy forces to guide you into a meditation that will immerse you into the land of senses- through the healing energy of tea, Mandala painting and the soothing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and chimes; creating space for you to find a deeper state of being.
*No artistic experience or skill needed-open to all levels.
Don’t fear your creativity, embrace it!
