I found this tea at the Bryant park holiday shops and decided to give this a try due to cramping on the first day of my period. It definitely works and also aides in helping me sleep better during the night! :)

I love this tea so much. I bought it for the first time at the Bryant Park Christmas Village. I was in the middle of some hormonal issues in relation to some health issues and some medication, so it sounded like it would be a great aid in soothing some of my symptoms. It was, and just purchased my second container. It is delicious and soothing, and I hope to see you at the Christmas Village again this year!
