"The moon is the reflection of your heart
and moonlight is the twinkle of your love"
- Debasish Mridha.
In this guided tea meditation, Emily Barry will connect you into the supportive energy of the tea to navigate the effects of this full moon.
This Flower Moon is significant because there is also a total lunar eclipse! These two cosmic events can bring a time of major changes. The ceremony will take place the evening before the full moon which is a powerful time to connect and resonate with this full moon's energy.
This guided tea meditation will allow you to clear your chakras, connect to the moon, and move forward with clarity and support.
