What to expect:
We’ll explore a few tea selections from Miss Tea as they relate to the five elements of Chinese Medicine. We’ll learn how to use hot and cold herbal teas in each season in order to stay balanced and have a thriving immune system.
Your host- Dr. Maryam Wootan is an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist with a doctorate in Oriental Medicine. She also has worked as a nurse for fifteen years. Her experience comes from many years of self healing and working with patients in different settings and hospitals. She practices in Beacon where she offers a safe space for people to let go of their pains, relax and rejuvenate, tune into their inner healing wisdom and manifest their highest selves.
