It’s time to say it loud and clear- Autumn is here!

So for you, my dear tea lovers, here are few tips that will help you enjoy this season-

Tip #1- Listen to your body

Your body knows what it needs. As the days get shorter you may feel tired and hungrier than usual. It’s your body’s way to inform you that it is stepping into its cozy winter mode. You might crave warm cooked food rather than cold or raw food. It is a good idea to turn the salad into a cooked vegetable dish, especially for dinner. So, eat well and sleep well too.

Tip #2- Citrus cravings- Orange, the color of autumn, reminds us that it is the citrus season. Let's welcome back our favorite… vitamin C!

Orange, the color of autumn, reminds us that it is the citrus season. Let's welcome back our favorite… vitamin C!
You know that vitamin C is one of the best antioxidant source and one of the most famous vitamins out there. And for a good reason! It strengthens our immune system, digestive system and thus our whole body. You can find it in almost any raw vegetable and fruit, but mainly in oranges and greens.

Tip #3- Or should I say TEAP

During this season, a good quality herbal tea can make the difference. Especially if it has herbs that help support our body during this changing weather. Our Immunitea- is perfect for strengthening... our immune system of course! Lemongrass blended with Echinacea and a gentle touch of ginger.
Another great herbal tea for this season is Longevitea- our Turmeric and Ginger blend with a kick of Orange and Lemon. This herbal infusion is a great source of anti-oxidants.

Tip #4- Enjoy Nature and its Fresh Crisp Air

Take a day or two, go outside, smell, take a walk, hike, meditate and be happy.
Nature has a very strong ability to heal us. Every time I have a chance to go for a walk in the woods my heart fills with joy and my mind relaxes. It feels like the trouble and stress find their way out and away. When we are relaxed and joyful, it is easier for our body to be strong and vital. It's that connection between our heart-body-and mind.

Tip #5- The Moment

“You must be completely awake in the present to enjoy a cup of tea.
Only in the awareness of the present can your hands feel the pleasant warmth of the cup.
Only in the present can you savor the aroma, taste the sweetness, appreciate the delicacy.”
-Thich Nhat Hanh- Vietnamese Buddhist monk and philosopher.

Anywhere. Anytime. Take a breath. Remember to Enjoy the Moment.
